		<description>Another point to keep in mind, is that if the ANC is entitled to have a newspaper, then clearly other political parties should also have the opportunity to have their own newspaper. However, this cannot be possible, because like you stated, running a newspaper cost money. I think that the ANC were to have their own newspaper, they should also be willing to pay for the publication of other political parties newspapers without interfering with the content. Something similar to the American system that requires the press to  give equal coverage to opposing party's.</description>
